SparkWire’s “Pricing and Payment Terms,” last modified on 1/20/2025, govern your use of SparkWire’s Subscription service. By subscribing, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these “Pricing and Payment Terms,” SparkWire’s “Terms and Conditions of Use” agreement, and SparkWire’s “Privacy Policy.” The “Pricing and Payment Terms,” the “Terms and Conditions of Use” agreement, and the “Privacy Policy” constitute the complete agreement between the parties.

A. Pricing

Access to premium newsletter and website content requires a paid subscription. The subscription pricing is as follows:

* For enterprise subscription packages, which consist of 26 or more individual user licenses, please contact SparkWire to secure competitive pricing.

** Early Adopters 15% discount applies exclusively to annual subscriptions. Offer available for a limited time only.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will only apply to renewals.

B. Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other select payment methods. Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged for your subscription and any other applicable fees on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan, until you or SparkWire cancels it.

Your first payment will be processed upon subscribing, with subsequent payments processed each month or year (depending on your plan) thereafter. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used months or years.

If you fail to make a payment in a timely manner, or if SparkWire is unable to process your transaction using the Payment Method provided, SparkWire reserves the right to charge any other payment method associated with your account or suspend access to the subscription service until a successful payment is made.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all transactions. You agree to pay for all charges incurred by users of your chosen payment method for a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction through the website at the prices in effect, including any applicable taxes and fees. These charges will be processed at the prices in effect at the time of the transaction.

You can update your payment method information at any time through your account settings. If your payment method expires, your continued subscription to the newsletter authorizes us to continue billing that method, and you remain responsible for any outstanding charges. It is your responsibility to keep your contact and payment information up to date.

C. Refund Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, however, no refunds are provided for cancellations. You will have access to the Subscription service for the remainder of your billing cycle. If your account or this Agreement is terminated by SparkWire due to your breach of this Agreement, or the breach of the “Terms and Conditions of Use” agreement, you understand and agree that you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your Subscription service, including any license or Subscription fees, access to content associated with your account, or any other related services.

D. Cancellation Policy

Your SparkWire subscription will continue until you cancel it or we terminate it. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before it renews each month or year (depending on which Subscription you select). Renewal occurs monthly or annually, depending on your chosen subscription plan. SparkWire will charge the applicable monthly or annual subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provided during registration (or to a different payment method if you update your account information).

E. Modifications to Our Pricing and Payment Terms

SparkWire, at its sole discretion, may update these Pricing and Payment Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business practices. Please review this page periodically. SparkWire will notify you of any material changes and update the "Last Modified" date at the top of this page.

F. Promotional Offers

Eligible subscribers may receive discounted pricing. If you qualify for a promotion, your initial subscription term will be billed at the advertised discounted rate. Upon renewal, your subscription will be billed at the regular rate.
